• Help! I put in the wrong address. What should I do?
    • If the item has not yet been shipped, you’re in luck. Email us directly at Contact@onestoprave.com (make sure you label it as a priority email) with your order number and the correct shipping address. 
    • If the item has been shipped, you will need to reach out to the carrier to see if they can change the address before it is delivered. If it has already been delivered, there is not much else we, or you can do. Do not try to retrieve the package on your own if it is unsafe to do so.
  • My package was lost/stolen!
    • Once a package is scanned by our carriers we are not responsible for if or where your package is delivered.  
    • However, One Stop Rave has now partnered with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. 
    • We recommend insuring every package with Route Shipping Insurance. Route Insurance can be purchased at the checkout, and the cost may vary with the value of your order. Route Insurance will send you an email after you place an order with instructions on how to file a claim if a package is missing, lost, or stolen.
      • **Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the checkpoint**
  • I got my order, but some of it was missing.
  • I ordered my items but they still aren’t here yet. Will I get it before my next event?
    • For most items, please allow 1-2 business days of processing time before we ship. However, for our clothing items such as pashminas, masks, and bandanas please allow up to seven days of processing time before we ship. 
    • If you would really like your items before your next event, we recommend you order at least 10 business days before your next event.
    • no shipping times are guaranteed. Due to supply chain issues shipping carriers are forecasting major delays in the coming months. Order ASAP to reduce your risk of not getting items in time for your event. We will do everything we can to process orders quickly. However,  once the item is shipped, the carrier’s shipping time is beyond our control.
  • I don’t know what’s going on but my fan won’t open?
    • This seems to happen more often than we would expect. Who knew? Check out this video on how to open your OSR fan. (enter the link here) If you have accidentally damaged your fan trying to open it, please email us at contact@onestoprave.com
  • My items arrived defective (broken, color is off, stitching, etc.)
  • I want a custom fan
    • Unfortunately, OSR is not taking any custom orders for fans, accessories, or clothing. If you are interested in bulk custom orders see if you qualify for wholesale orders at this link: onestoprave.com/pages/wholesale. We will take bulk custom orders on a case-by-case basis.
