Always ensure the hand fan is being opened in the correct direction!
The “One Stop Rave” lettering on the rib should always be on the right hand side as well as right side up when facing you. If the lettering is upside down on the left hand side then it is being opened incorrectly. If the fan is forced open in the wrong direction, then this can cause the fabric to be pulled away from the ribs. You can occasionally firmly press the fabric back down on the ribs if you have made this mistake.
We are NOT responsible for damaged fans due to this circumstance.

Our typical turnaround time is 5-7 days. If you need your item fast, you can upgrade to Priority or Priority Express shipping at checkout for expedited shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
If the item has not yet been shipped, you're in luck. Please email us directly at Contact@onestoprave.com (make sure you label it as a priority email) with your order number and the correct shipping address.
If the item has been shipped, you will need to reach out to the carrier to see if they can change the address before it is delivered.
Once our carriers scan a package, we are not responsible for if or where your package is delivered. However, One Stop Rave has partnered with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. If your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.
We recommend insuring every package with Route Shipping Insurance. Route Insurance can be purchased at the checkout, and the cost may vary with the value of your order. Route Insurance will send you an email after placing an order with instructions on filing a claim if a package is missing, lost, or stolen.
**Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the checkpoint**
Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time for most items before we ship. However, please allow up to seven days of processing before we send our clothing items such as pashminas, masks, and bandanas.

No shipping times are guaranteed. Due to supply chain issues, shipping carriers forecast significant delays in the coming months. Order ASAP to reduce your risk of not getting items in time for your event. We will do everything we can to process orders quickly. However, the carrier's shipping time is beyond our control once the item is shipped.

During the checkout process, you will see an order summary page that contains a space for a gift card or discount code. Simply, input your code and hit "apply." Your discount/credit will be applied to your order immediately. Keep in mind, you can only use one discount code per order; however, you are able to use both a gift card and promotional code on the same order.
