If you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason, you can submit your return for a refund or store credit. Please read all of the return policies before initiating a return.
Returns can be issued as store credit.
- Refunds for store credit must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. You will receive a refund amount in the form of store credit.The shipping label cost and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Shipping is non-refundable.
Once your return is received, it can take up to 3 business days to issue your store credit.
Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order.
If your account is flagged for returns abuse, we can't accept your return.
Which items are ineligible for return?
- Items without the hygienic liner attached will not be accepted for either a refund or store credit, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the items to you.
- If your items are dirty, have any stains or smell, they will not be accepted for refund or store credit, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the items to you.
- All face masks for hygienic reasons
- All hats for hygienic reasons
- Any CUSTOM ordered product
- Any made-to-order product
