All in stock inventory orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. All Made to Order items ship out in 10 - 14 business days.
We use USPS as our primary mail carrier. We also offer services through UPS, FEDEX, & DHL to accommodate all domestic & global shipping. Tracking your package is fast and easy, You will be given a tracking number via email. All orders receive a tracking number the moment an item is shipped. The order confirmation email will contain all relevant information regarding package tracking. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Note: From time to time carriers fail to scan items when shipped. We will do our best to determine where your item is, however, once it leaves our warehouse, we are limited to the ability of the shipping carrier.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
No shipping times are guaranteed. Due to supply chain issues shipping carriers are forecasting major delays in the coming months. Order ASAP to reduce your risk of not getting items in time for your event. We will do everything we can to process orders quickly. However, once the item is shipped, the carrier’s shipping time is beyond our control.
Insurance & Liability
Once a package leaves our facility we are no longer liable for where your package ends up.
However, One Stop Rave has now partnered with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.
We recommend insuring every package with Route Shipping Insurance. Route Insurance can be purchased at the checkout, and the cost may vary with the value of your order. Route Insurance will send you an email after you place an order with instructions on how to file a claim if a package is missing, lost, or stolen.
**Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.**
International Custom FeesWe will not be responsible for international customs duties or fees. Customs policies vary widely, so please check with your local customs office for more information.
