📏 Sizing & Fit
Our size charts are listed on each product page. Please ensure to carefully measure yourself for accurate sizing, as the dimensions can vary across different brands and styles.
The labels "men's" and "women's" on our clothing refer to the cut and fit of the garment. "Men's" typically signifies a straight cut, while "women's" usually refers to a slightly curved or fitted cut. "Unisex" signifies a style that is designed to be a relaxed, versatile fit.

Unfortunately, One Stop Rave is not taking any custom orders for fans, accessories, or clothing. If you are interested in bulk custom orders, see if you qualify for wholesale orders at this link: onestoprave.com/pages/wholesale. We will take bulk custom orders on a case-by-case basis.

Always ensure the hand fan is being opened in the correct direction!
The “One Stop Rave” lettering on the rib should always be on the right-hand side and the right side up when facing you. If the lettering is upside down on the left-hand side, it is being opened incorrectly. If the fan is forced open in the wrong direction, then this can cause the fabric to be pulled away from the ribs. You can occasionally firmly press the fabric back down on the ribs if you have made this mistake.
We are NOT responsible for damaged fans due to this circumstance.

Shipping times will vary based on the item(s) selected, the shipping method used, and the package's destination.
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days for our in-stock items and shipped within 3-5 business days.
For our made-to-order products, the timeline can fluctuate based on the product type, intricacy, and demand. Usually, it takes between 7 to 14 business days to manufacture and dispatch such items. Remember, this does not include shipping time, which depends on your chosen delivery service.
Standard postal service generally takes 5 to 10 business days, expedited service takes about 3 to 5 business days, and express service usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

You can check the status of your order at any time inside your account using the Shop app. Also by the email you used while placing your order. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.

- If your item hasn't been shipped yet: Please email us directly at Contact@onestoprave.com. To expedite the process, label your email as "Priority: Address Change" and include your order number along with the correct shipping address.
- If your item has already been shipped: Once the order is in transit, we're unable to make changes. In this case, please contact the shipping carrier directly. They may be able to assist with address adjustments before delivery. It's important to act quickly to ensure the best chance of successful address modification. We cannot guarantee changes to an order once it's been shipped.
Occasionally, packages may be returned to us by the postal carrier due to various reasons, including but not limited to:
- Unclaimed package
- Denied due to customs charges
- Incomplete or insufficient address
- Damage to shipping label or package during transit
- Package being undeliverable as addressed
- Prohibited import or denied entry by customs
- Addressee has moved
If you notice that your tracking information has been updated to 'Return to Sender,' please get in touch with us immediately. You can reach us through our chat function, located at the lower right corner of the screen. Please have your order number ready for faster resolution.
In such cases, we can:
- Issue an invoice for a new shipment label to your new address.
- Issue store credit minus shipping cost.

To exchange an item, simply log into your account, return your item for store credit, and then use the store credit to place a new order.
We understand that sometimes circumstances change. However, due to our commitment to processing orders promptly, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Our primary goal is to ensure that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is confirmed, it immediately goes into our processing system, making it difficult to halt or reverse. This policy helps us maintain efficiency and deliver your items in a timely manner.
No, One Stop Rave offers only exchanges and returns for store credit.
Both options have a 14-day period from the date of purchase to initiate a return/exchange.
- Made-to-order products
- Custom products
- Items without the hygienic liner attached will not be accepted for returns, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the items to you.
- If your items are dirty or have any stains or smells, they will not be accepted for returns, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the items to you.
- All face masks, hats, earrings & undergarments for hygienic reasons.
