If you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason you can submit your return for refund or store credit. Please read all of the return policy before initiating a return. 

Returns can be issued as store credit.

  • Refunds for store credit must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund amount in the form of store credit.The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping is non-refundable.

It can take up to 3 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received.

Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order.

If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return.

Which items are ineligible for return?

  • Items without the hygienic liner attached will not be accepted for either a refund or store credit and you will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the items to you.
  • If your items are dirty, have any stains or smell, they will not be accepted for refund or store credit and you will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the items to you.
  • All Face Mask for hygienic reasons 
  • Any CUSTOM ordered product
