Glad that I was able to repurchase!! I had this fan last year which I lost. I quickly sought to repurchase as this is my favorite fan, due to the wording & quality. The second time, it stated shipping would take about a month, so I ordered and waited. However, I had to inquire about the fan since it had not been delivered. They let me know that there was an issue with the batch and that I would need to wait another month for shipment. After waiting, it said that it had been shipped so I once again had to inquire. Then I received a refund. It was quite disappointing not receiving any credit or explanation for the lack of delivery. Despite that experience, I still really do love this fan for festivals. Crossed my fingers for this third order and shipping was unbelievably fast (3 days)! Hoping last year was an outlier…good product!
