this item is definitely how it is shown in the picture any uv light or bright light that hits it will give it that neon melt vibe.
due keep in mind this is double layered and stitched unlike single layer pashmina so it is heavier than normal. this will definitely warm you up and can get heavy over time.
overall the item is very worth the purchase I made.
